Violeta Jelić is an official with vast experience and expertise in both creating and shaping policies that improve common interests and position of Croatian Tradesmen, Craftsmen and Entrepreneurs. The expertise includes both state level (Republic of Croatia) and international level (European Union).
Miss Jelić is a passionate leader with a demonstrated history of successfully leading large organizations, projects and managing cross-functional teams. She has a proven ability to foster relationships, build important partnerships and mitigate differences between parties with formally opposite positions, i.e., between the Government, representatives of the syndicates as well of the employer’s guilds and associations.
Her extensive international experience coupled with understanding of the market, Micro, Small and Medium-sized entrepreneurship and love for Croatian Tradesmen and Craftsmen distinguish her as an invaluable representative of their interest and needs.
Appointed by the Government of the Republic of Croatia, Miss Jelić is a member of European Economic and Social Committee (EESC), a consultative body whose role is to provide the European Parliament with opinions on issues pertaining to European Union, thus acting as a bridge between the EU’s decision-making institutions and EU citizens.
